Producers should not mark, level and use the following things on packets and wrappers of tobacco products in addition to the things mentioned in sub-sections (2), (3) and (4) of section 7 of the Act:-
(a) to affix a label or trademark mark advertising or promoting tobacco products,
(b) packaging and labeling of tobacco products in such a way as to deface, deface or obscure any warning message, sign, sign or picture appearing on the packets or wrappers of tobacco products,
(c) To use pictures or symbols in such a way as to convey a false, misleading or fraudulent message.
